MD Gulf Recruitment – Terms & Conditions for Visa & Recruitment Support
These Terms & Conditions govern the services offered by MD Gulf Recruitment , primarily relating to the facilitation of international recruitment and visa support services. By engaging with MD Gulf Recruitment, the client agrees to the following:
1. Scope of Service
MD Gulf Recruitment facilitates the recruitment of professionals for international employment, including assistance with visa application submissions and coordination with third-party processing authorities. Our services are strictly limited to visa application support, employment placement, and coordination.
2. Processing Times & Responsibility
All visa processing timelines are estimated and subject to third-party authorities (embassies, consulates, immigration offices).
MD Gulf Recruitment is not liable for delays, refusals, or changes made by any third party.
We do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest with the issuing immigration authority.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete and truthful information and documentation.
Incomplete, false, or misleading submissions may result in application delays or refusals, for which MD Gulf Recruitment accepts no responsibility.
Clients are responsible for verifying visa accuracy upon receipt and complying with visa conditions once issued.
4. Travel Bookings
No travel, accommodation, or employment resignation should be confirmed until the visa is granted.
MD Gulf Recruitment is not responsible for any losses (e.g., flight cancellations, job terminations, accommodation) due to visa processing outcomes or delays.
5. Fees & Refunds
Once services have commenced, including documentation review or application preparation, fees are non-refundable.
If a client withdraws before the application is lodged and work has not begun, a partial refund may be granted at MD Gulf Recruitment’s discretion.
Fees do not include government charges, embassy fees, or courier fees unless otherwise stated.
6. Confidentiality & Communication
All communication with immigration authorities is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
MD Gulf Recruitment reserves the right to communicate with sponsoring employers to confirm application details if needed.
7. Post-Visa Compliance
It is the client’s responsibility to activate their visa within the validity period and to abide by all visa conditions.
Any violations, overstays, or misrepresentations after visa issuance are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
8. General Disclaimer
MD Gulf Recruitment acts as a facilitator and coordinator, not as an agent of any government or immigration body.
We are not responsible for outcomes based on outdated information, conflicting advice from immigration officers, or policy changes after submission.
Service engagement begins once payment is made, and all terms apply thereafter.
