MD Gulf Recruitment – Applicant Process Guide 

Step 1: Application & CV Submission 

• Submit your updated CV and relevant documents (passport, qualifications,  references). 

• You may apply through our website, social media platforms, or via email.

Step 2: Initial Screening 

• Our recruitment team will review your profile. 

• If shortlisted, you will be contacted for an initial screening call or interview. 

• We will verify your qualifications, experience, and interest in the job  opportunity. 


Step 3: Shortlisting & Employer Submission 

• Once pre-screened, your profile will be submitted to the employer. 

• If shortlisted by the employer, you may be invited for a formal interview  (online or in person). 


Step 4: Interview & Selection

• Attend the employer interview as scheduled. 

• If successful, you will receive a conditional offer or letter of selection. • We will notify you of the next steps and requirements. 


Step 5: Document Collection & Compliance 

• Submit required documents (passport, ID, qualifications, police clearance,  etc.). 

• We will assist you with any required attestations, Dataflow, Prometric, or  language exams. 


Step 6: VPS Fee Payment 

• Pay your Visa Processing Support (VPS) fee as discussed. 

• This covers administration, visa documentation assistance, and coordination. 


Step 7: Visa & Medical Processing 

• We will guide you through your medical test and visa application process. • All embassy and travel documentation will be handled under our supervision. 


Step 8: Final Deployment 

• Once your visa is issued and medicals cleared, we will confirm your travel  date. 

• You will receive your job contract, visa copy, flight ticket, and joining  instructions. 


Step 9: Arrival & Onboarding 

• Upon arrival, the employer will assist you with accommodation and onboarding. 

• Our team remains available for support during your transition.


Step 10: Post-Deployment Support 

• We stay in touch during your initial period to ensure a smooth start. 

• For any issues or concerns, our support line is always available.
